We happily accept returns within 21 days of the fulfillment date, as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. Items must be in their original condition, with the return tag and/or hygiene seal intact.
  2. Items must not be worn, altered, or show any signs of use, such as stains from makeup, deodorant, sweat, or other substances.
  3. We do not accept returns of cosmetic products, lingerie thongs/strings, or tights.

For swimwear, we recommend briefly trying on the item over your underwear and keeping it in the original packaging to protect it.

Important Notes:

  • Returns that do not meet the above requirements cannot be accepted.
  • All returns must be registered through our return portal.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We are not responsible for self-shipped packages that are lost.

If you notice any imperfections or faults with your item upon receiving it, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@loa-amsterdam.com with a photo and description of the issue.

To return a product to LOA, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our LOÁ Return Portal and register your return by following the instructions.
  2. Make sure your item meets our return conditions:
    • It should be in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
    • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of use (such as stains or odors).
  3. Pack the item securely with the original packing slip included.

Once registered, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to complete your return. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for items in your order. However, if you’ve already received your items, you can simply:

  1. Place a new order for the items you’d like instead.
  2. Return the items you don’t wish to keep.

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll refund you for the unwanted items, as per our return policy.

We ship to most countries within the European Union. Currently, our shipping service includes:

  • Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Luxembourg
  • France
  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • Germany
  • Austria
  • Italy

Please note that we do not ship outside the EU at this time.

The return process depends on when your order arrives at our warehouse. We aim to process refunds within three days of receiving your return. However, please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and for it to appear in your account or on your card.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM (Amsterdam time) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will generally be processed on the next business day.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Other EU countries: 2–4 business days

Important Information:

  • During busy periods, such as new product launches or sales events, processing times may be longer.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays.

Shipping costs decrease as order values increase. Delivery is typically completed within 2 to 5 business days.
